Our current personal project bike

 Not like typical liquid paint, powder coating is applied electrostatically then oven-cured. It is used to create a hard finish that is far more durable than regular paint. Powder coating is used to coat metals, aluminium, vehicle & bicycle parts. 

Tom has been machining for several decades, both professionally and personally.  He has a full manual machine shop attached to our motorcycle shop.  He can design/machine whatever you may need.
